$5 flat rate postage & handling fee per order in Australia, for small to medium orders. For large orders or international postage rates please contact us.
Delivery times depend on your location, stock and processing availability. We generally use Australia Post standard mail unless otherwise arranged, and cannot take responsibility for delays. Generally allow 7-10 days for the book, and approx. 14 days for the cap (more for peak times eg Christmas).
Faulty goods will be replaced with proof of purchase, within one month of purchase date.
Refunds on shop items are only granted at the discretion of Family Tree Time.
